What is EA Assistant?

EA Assistant is an AI-powered scheduling service that helps you coordinate meetings via email. Simply CC your EA on an email thread, and it will:

• Understand scheduling requests — EA reads your email conversations and identifies meeting requests using AI.
• Check calendar availability — EA connects to Google Calendar to find times that work for all participants.
• Book meetings automatically — EA creates calendar events and sends confirmation emails to all attendees.

No app to install, no dashboard to learn. Just email — the way scheduling should work.

How It Works

• 1. Connect your calendar — Grant EA read/write access to your Google Calendar via a secure OAuth flow.
• 2. CC your EA — When you need to schedule a meeting, CC assistant@ea.ailancers.com on the email thread.
• 3. Let EA handle it — EA will check availability, propose times, and book the meeting for you.
