By using EA Assistant ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EA Assistant is an AI-powered scheduling assistant that reads your emails, checks calendar availability, and creates calendar events on your behalf. The Service operates via email and integrates with Google Calendar.

3. Account and Access

You must provide a valid email address to use the Service.
By connecting your Google Calendar, you authorize EA to read your free/busy information and create events.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited emails.
Attempt to abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
Impersonate another person when interacting with the Service.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. AI-Generated Content

EA Assistant uses AI to parse emails and generate replies. While we strive for accuracy:

AI-generated scheduling suggestions may contain errors.
You should verify important meeting details.
The Service is not a substitute for direct human communication for critical matters.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EA Assistant and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed meetings, scheduling errors, or data loss.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking calendar access and ceasing to email EA. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is based.
